Topical Salad - The world according to Christo

Ok, a quick profile. I’m a bit of a wordsmith, a bit of a sports nut and a little bit from left field. But I tell it like I see it and feel it! I’m 44yo, live in Perth, Western Australia and have a quirky range of interests. I was a long-time contributor to ‘Botica’s Bunch’ on 94.5FM on Perth radio. I competed in my very first Ironman in December 2007 and I cycle to the city and back every day.

 I have an opinion on everything and I believe that life is short and hard…….like a body-building midget! I’ll let you find out the Latin translation of my blog motto but it pretty much sums up my luck in the field of cycling.
